How we met
Lou and I first met when we were in high school working at Cinnabon in the Deptford Mall. He and I really did not talk much; we were your typical teenagers trying to earn some money. The only thing I can remember about working with Lou at that time was how nice and polite he was. We both graduated high school and went our separate ways. It wasn't until my junior year of college that I transferred to Rowan and worked at Cinnabon to earn some extra money. I started working at Cinnabon as soon as I started my first semester at Rowan. One day, my friend Chris and I were working at Cinnabon and it just so happened Lou and his brother stopped by to say hello to some old friends at Cinnabon. I ran outside the door and gave Lou a big hug, all he can do was a gentle one-arm pat on my shoulder. I guess he wasn’t as excited to see me as I was of him. I had told him that I transferred to Rowan from Cabrini and that he and Chris (both Lou and Chris had grown up together and went to the same schools together) should stop by my apartment. I also told Lou he should meet my gorgeous roommate; I told Lou they would be perfect together. Luckily for me that did not happen. Continuing to work at Cinnabon with Chris, I kept dropping hints to him telling him how I thought Lou was cute. (Little did I know and thanks to Chris, Lou felt the same way). Chris gave my number to Lou and the rest is history.
